Miniature dacshund slipped disk in neck?
My 5 year old miniature dacshund has a slipped disk in her neck. She has been stiff for a few days and doesn’t move or eat or drink. She helps and has trouble breathing. The vet gave some steroids but thy don’t seem to be helping. I put a smelling heating pad on her neck and it seemed to help, I got her to eat and drink, she is moving now. Should I continue doing this? Any other things that i can do to help her? Thanks.
