Is it okay to use different type of Dog food for "Treats"?

Question by Hector [Lohan Addict]: Is it okay to use different type of Dog food for “Treats”?
I feed my dog a different type of dog food, but I have a couple of 4oz dog food sample bags. All are dry food and I intend to use it as treats for training. I wouldn’t give him more than 20 pieces a day.

Is this okay? Since I know dogs digestive system works different than ours and you can’t feed them different types of dog food every day.
