Question by Lepke: I pulled my back – how long until the pain goes away?
I pulled my back (muscle – not a herniated disk) on Monday morning when I tried to lift my son. I stayed in bed all day Monday and put a heating pad on it and took ibuprofen. It’s now Thursday and it still hurts. Does anyone have any idea how long before the back pain goes away completely? Also, can I walk on the treadmill while this is healing?
