Recenfly my house I was renting got new owner and they decided no animals inside so I had to put my dog outisde in a fence until I can get a new home hopefully it will be soon!

If you go to a pet store, there are dog houses that are heat ventilated. Buy it a jacket as well. You should also check your pet store just to see what they have available.
