My dog has been shaking and not eating dry food. She eats anything else and is not vomitting and no diherreha. i dont think she is cold, she has a sweater and shakes under a blanket. the weather chaned rapidly the past few days and i wonder if she just has a cold. can anyone help? what can i give her to boost her immune system?

Dogs don’t get colds. You should make sure she is kept warm, gets plenty to eat and drink. If she is still acting funny tomorrow take her to the vet.
