I have two shih tzus, theyre 1 year old. I’m new to owning dogs so I have no experience and dog behavior is frustrating!!!

Now my dogs, they bark a lot..especially to people and dogs who they see outside. How do I stop them from barking at people & dogs?

I think the biggest problem could be my dogs seeing other dogs. They don’t get as feisty when they see people..but when they see other dogs…it’s no cool…
